My relationship with guilt is linked to surviving psychological abuse. Hard to admit being played with the like a cat torturing a mouse before the feast. Explanations of the consistent drip of insanity projected subtly at times then blatant chaos the next. The terms pop up out of nowhere. Dysfunction is the joy and entertainment for people in my youth, young adult, still. It took a book randomly passed by to allow me to find relief and a name for the chaos. Instead of dwelling on each form of guilt I felt, still feel or blindly find, live and react to; I choose to educate, let go, heal, move on, open my eyes, live, and let Love lead. With each breath, every thought, through each movement; these are lessons that help us learn to be a better self the next day.
Enough for now…
