My relationship with Lost: Defeated, overwhelmed, exposed, lift to dry, unheld, empty, voiceless, unloved, forgotten, thrown away, not taken seriously, waste of space. Feeling lost is a sum of emotions. When you realize you’ve lost as a runner your spirit greets you with the results first since my mind couldn’t comprehend being lost. Lost makes you step back, slow down, and take a breath to face the reality of loss. Feeling misplaced, uncomfortable, looked down upon and Lost never knowing your true self without the pain of being lost.
Every one of them disappears once I free myself of the merry-go-round. So grateful at the waking from the nightmare of chasing the feeling of lost is strong and real to many.
Since this admitting this feeling this isn’t the end of the unpacking this emotion box but enough for now.
